Plumbing, Geothermal & HVAC Contractor in LaOtto, IN

T&T Plumbing & Heating is a locally owned plumbing, geothermal, and HVAC contractor serving LaOtto, IN and the surrounding communities of Northeast Indiana. The company provides heating and cooling installation and repair, residential plumbing services, geothermal system installation, and indoor air quality solutions for both residential and commercial customers. T&T is a Trane Comfort Specialist and Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, and carries general liability coverage.

LaOtto sits in Noble County, where winters regularly push temperatures well below freezing and summers bring stretches of heat and humidity that stress residential HVAC systems. Many homes in this rural area were built decades ago and rely on aging ductwork, older furnaces, or well-and-septic systems that require a contractor who understands the full picture of home mechanical systems. Geothermal systems have become an increasingly practical choice for LaOtto homeowners looking to reduce long-term utility costs, and T&T has the experience to design and install ground-source systems sized correctly for Northeast Indiana soil and climate conditions.

Two friends from the same small Northeast Indiana community started what would become T&T Plumbing & Heating in the mid-to-late 1970s. They had both worked in the trades and saw an opportunity to build something local, starting out of an oversized garage before growing into their own building in the early 1990s. One of the original founders still walks through the door every day, involved in commercial operations. That kind of continuity is rare, and it shapes how every job gets done.

T&T has expanded its services steadily over the decades, adding a dedicated service division in the early 2000s, followed by a full replacement division shortly after. Today, the company serves homeowners across LaOtto, Fort Wayne, Kendallville, Auburn, Angola, Huntertown, Columbia City, Leo-Cedarville, and Garrett. Community roots run deep here. T&T actively supports the Jam Center community center, sponsors youth athletics programs across multiple counties, contributes to local parks, and partners with Oak Farm Montessori school. This is not a company that happens to be located in LaOtto. It is a company that is genuinely of this place.
